Looking back on your time here, what experiences or moments stand out as the most meaningful or memorable for you?
Seeing participants take even the smallest steps forward has been the most meaningful for me. Breakthroughs, both big and small, have made this work incredibly rewarding.

What are you most proud of accomplishing during your time at COVEY?
I’m proud of the trusting and honest connections I built with the families I worked with. I’m also proud of the positive feedback I received and knowing I was able to have a positive impact on their lives.

What advice or encouragement would you like to share with the team?
Don’t underestimate the power of simply being present for someone. Also, this work isn’t easy, and the emotional toll can be heavy. Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Supporting people starts with supporting your own well-being.

What are you most excited about as you take this next step in your journey?
I’m excited to continue growing my career in ways that will challenge me professionally. And I can’t wait for that island life 🏝️😎
