Volunteer Opportunities in Clydesdale

Role: A Befriender/Mentor for a group of children and young people with additional support needs.
Where: Clydesdale Family Support Hub in Lanark, as well as outings in the local community.
When: Wednesday evenings 6-8pm
How Often: One session a week for up to 3 hours.

Role: A one-to-one Befriender/ Mentor for a child or young person.
Where: throughout East Clydesdale
When: a time and day that suits you and the person you are supporting
How Often: One session a week for up to 2 hours.

Role: A Befriender/ Mentor for a group of children/young people.
Where: St. Bride’s Centre, Douglas, Lanark
When: Wednesday evenings 6-8pm
How Often: One session a week for up to 3 hours.

Role: A Volunteer Driver to pick up/drop off children and young people, helping them attend our weekly groups.
Where: Various home addresses throughout rural South Lanarkshire and travelling to/from venues such as Clydesdale Family Support and St. Bride’s Centre.
When: Our weekly groups run on Wednesday evenings in Lanark.
