  • Lisa has been volunteering with COVEY for over 3 years, which has given her the opportunity to work one-to-one with two young people.

She currently volunteers in our Intandem project and recently shared some of the challenges she’s faced and the wonderful rewards volunteering has brought to her life.

  • COVEY recently supported young people to attend FARE as part of our GROW project. This was a great session, giving the young people a chance to learn all about youth work and its impact. They then had great fun, taking part in team building and enjoying some of the activities offered through the youth work programmes.

GROW is designed to give young people meaningful routes into work, connecting them with employers and allowing them to gain hands-on experience of their work in practice.

We’re proud to play a vital part in delivering these opportunities.

  • Some of our lovely Board Members recently shared their experiences and what motivates them in their roles at COVEY. Use the button to read their spotlights on our website.

“Too many children and families across Scotland face disadvantage shaped by circumstances entirely out of their control. Being able to contribute, even in a small way, to reducing that inequality means a great deal to me.”
