However, when volunteers reach main milestones of 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, this Thank you card is replaced by a letter from the CEO.

This certificate is given to volunteers who have reached 5 years with COVEY.

This is given by the Coordinator or Family Support Worker at the volunteer’s annual review, alongside a letter from the CEO and a badge.
