New volunteers are sent the application form before training by the Volunteer Development Officer.
This is only sent once VDO has spoken with the new volunteer and deemed suitable.

Once new volunteers are trained and matched to a project, this Welcome Pack is completed with support from their Coordinator or Family Support Worker.

The Coordinator or Family Support Worker completes this every year with each of their volunteers.
The ‘Volunteer Consents’ paperwork should be completed at the same time.

These consents are refreshed at each volunteer’s annual review.

When a volunteer wishes to leave COVEY, their Coordinator or Family Support Worker informs the Volunteer Development Officer.
This form is then completed by the most appropriate team member with the volunteer.

This is an anonymous and optional form that volunteers can complete to help us gain understanding of our volunteer community.

This form is completed following an accident, incident or near miss.
Once submitted, this will automatically upload to the volunteer’s Salesforce record in their files and notes section.
