Nicola has worked for charities for almost 20 years, with extensive experience across organisational leadership, income generation, marketing, communications, retail and external affairs - currently working as Director of Development, Brand and Engagement at Scottish SPCA.

She has served as a trustee on a number of charity boards and is passionate about the third sector and about making Scotland a better place for animals, people and the communities they share. Nicola is delighted to have joined the board of Trustees at COVEY and is keen to bring her experience to support the impact the charity makes in local communities.

In her spare time, she loves nothing more than travelling, eating out and exploring the Scottish countryside with her two elderly dogs, Nala and Bruno.
