Nicola is an experienced charity leader with almost 20 years' experience spanning organisational leadership, income generation, marketing, communications, retail and external affairs, currently as Commercial Director at Walking with the Wounded.

Having served as a trustee on several charity boards, Nicola is passionate about the power of the third sector to create positive change for communities. She is delighted to serve on the Board of Trustees at COVEY and to contribute her expertise to support the organisation's important work.
