As Head of Services at COVEY, Emma leads the strategic and operational delivery of our befriending, mentoring, and family support services. With a focus on quality, integration, and impact, she oversees service development, support staff and volunteers, and fosters partnerships to improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.

Prior to joining COVEY Emma worked in management positions within Criminal Justice and Youth Homelessness, specialising in service innovation and development, change management and multi-agency collaboration.

Emma is passionate about empowering individuals and communities through person-centred approaches, bringing a strong commitment to continuous improvement and collaborative leadership across all areas of her work.
